




I completed five years of extensive training in classic and contemporary psychoanalytic models to qualify as a psychotherapist in London, UK with a one-year placement in an NHS trauma unit before returning to Toronto, Canada where I now work in private practice.
I work with individual adults (18+) to support understanding of anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, workplace stress, addiction, grief or trauma among other experiences.
In the UK, I am a member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP member 00963986) and United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP member 2011175010). Additionally, I am a graduate member of The Foundation for Psychotherapy and Counselling (FPC).
In Canada, I am a qualified Registered Psychotherapist (RP), with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO registrant 9920) and have completed additional training to provide clinical supervision for other professionals or trainee psychotherapists through Wilfrid Laurier University.
I am currently Vice President on the board of the Canadian Association for Psychodynamic Therapy (CAPT).
As a member of these organizations, I abide by all of their Codes of Ethics and Practice and have Professional Indemnity Insurance. I also commit to ongoing training and professional development.
