My training is based on theories and practice ranging from traditional analysis to contemporary models.

Psychodynamic psychotherapy specifically views present circumstances in the context of the past and we would consider your own experience through these lenses to increase awareness and understanding.

Before clinical practice, I worked in media for more than two decades covering events around the world. That included listening to people from all walks of life in all kinds of circumstances with a belief that every voice deserves to be heard. This is also true in therapy.
